The last thirty seconds of dinner.
CRAB Restaurant Group
A polished dining experience should not end with an ordinary check presenter.

The challenge
CRAB had spent years getting the food, the service, and the room exactly right. The check was the one thing that had not kept up: worn vinyl folders, bought as a commodity and replaced piecemeal, location by location.
Our thinking
Rather than a bundle of small giveaways, we put the whole budget into the one object every guest is guaranteed to hold. One well-made piece reads as considered. Five cheap ones read as promotional. So we specified a single item, sized to stay quiet on the table.
The solution
Leather-look black presenters, embossed, with the palm-and-fork mark screened small in CRAB teal and stitched edges built for constant handling. Guests register the care without noticing the object, and every new location now orders against the same spec.

In their words
The best branded item in a restaurant is the one nobody has to point out.
What I really love about working with Scott is that we immediately had a rapport… EYB will stick by their word. You don’t find that too often.
