A game, not a giveaway.

Web Age Solutions

A booth can hand out hundreds of items and still go home without a single conversation.

Interactive scratch-off tickets, shown front and back, created for Web Age Solutions.

The challenge

Web Age sells technical training — AWS, DevOps, data engineering — the kind of purchase that begins with a real conversation. Their booth sat in a row of competitors with the same table, the same banner, the same bowl of stress balls.

Our thinking

A giveaway asks nothing of anyone; you can take one without breaking stride. A prize drawing asks too much — long odds and a wait. We wanted the middle: worth stopping fifteen seconds for, and an opening that is not a pitch.

The solution

A two-sided card where every ticket wins, plus booth graphics carrying the promise to the aisle. People stopped, scratched, and revealed a code to redeem online — moving the conversation onto Web Age’s own site and building a list of people who had actually done something.

In their words

Trade show merch does not need to be better. It needs to be an invitation.

Instead of handing out another promotional giveaway, EYB helped us create an interactive campaign that drove traffic to our website, captured hundreds of qualified leads, and extended our marketing long after the event ended.
